Please note you have 14 days to return your order for a full refund.
Returns will not be accepted after the 14 day period. To be eligible for a return, your dress must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags included. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the return has been processed. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment or you can opt to receive an online store credit.

Only regular priced items may be returned for a full refund, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a full refund or store credit.
We only exchange dresses that are defective or damaged. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line "Exchange Order" to begin the process.
Our shipping carrier is USPS and we do our best to process and ship your order out in a timely manner. Orders take between one to two business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed before 12 p.m. CT will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out first thing Monday. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
